Bronze Health Check
Focus: Cardiovascular & General Health

30 minute consultation
A check on your heart health and the basic numbers. A sensible starting point if you want a baseline to measure against in future years.
The appointment: blood pressure, heart rate, weight and height, plus a review of your medical history and lifestyle.
Tests: resting ECG, full blood count, kidney and liver function, cholesterol profile, calcium.
Afterwards: a written report by email within 2 to 3 days, with your results, your cardiovascular risk score and what we suggest you do.
Add-ons: specialist referrals, for example to a cardiologist or for a CT coronary angiogram.
Silver
Silver Health Check
Focus: Expanded Diagnostics & Diabetes Screening

45 minute consultation
Everything in Bronze, with a longer appointment and a wider set of blood tests covering metabolism and thyroid function alongside your heart.
The appointment: longer, so there is time to go through your health properly, plus blood pressure, heart rate and BMI.
Tests: resting ECG, all the Bronze bloods, plus diabetes screening (HbA1c) and thyroid function (T4, TSH, T3).
Afterwards: a full report by email within 2 to 3 days, with results, cardiovascular risk score and recommendations.
Add-ons: specialist referrals.
Gold
Gold Health Check
Focus: Advanced Screening & Tumour Markers

A full hour with the doctor and blood-based cancer marker screening on top. The one most people choose if they want to get ahead of things.
The appointment: a full physical examination and lifestyle review.
Tests: resting ECG, all the Silver bloods, plus cancer markers. Women: ovarian, bowel, pancreatic. Men: prostate, bowel, pancreatic.
Afterwards: your results explained in detail by email within 2 to 3 days, with recommendations.
Add-ons: FIT test (bowel screen), mammogram, Trucheck Intelli.
Platinum
Platinum Health Check
Focus: Early Stage Cancer Detection (Trucheck Intelli)

Our most thorough assessment. A full general health check combined with Trucheck Intelli, which looks for circulating tumour cells in the blood.
The appointment: a full physical examination and lifestyle review.
Tests: resting ECG, full blood count, kidney and liver function, cholesterol, calcium, diabetes (HbA1c) and thyroid function.
Cancer screening: Trucheck Intelli, which screens for up to 70 types of solid cancer.
Afterwards: your results gone through in detail, with clear guidance on anything that needs following up.
Add-ons: FIT test, mammogram.
Women's Gold
Women's Health Gold Check
Focus: Gynaecological Health & Wellbeing

A full medical screen and a gynaecological one in the same appointment, with time to raise anything you have been putting off.
The appointment: a full hour covering general and reproductive health.
Gynaecology: cervical smear if it is due, and a written women’s health plan.
Tests: resting ECG, full blood count, kidney and liver function, cholesterol, calcium, diabetes, thyroid, plus ovarian, bowel and pancreatic tumour markers.
Afterwards: results by email within 2 to 3 days, explained clearly, with longer-term advice.
Add-ons: FIT test, mammogram, Trucheck Intelli.
